As a parent of a child with additional needs it can be an incredibly lonely place, you may have support for your child but who is supporting you? 

We have found sharing our experience/story with other parents going through a similar experience has been incredibly therapeutic. We understand groups are not for everyone and or you may have a great support network already and that is ok... But for those who are interested then please see a list below of links of the support out there. This is not an exhaustive list and as we discover more the list will be added to.
