PTSD UK is a charity that works hard to help those experiencing PTSD and C-PTSD. This year they 10 years old, so we absolutely want them to keep going, so they can continue there vital work in not only helping those with experiencing these conditions, but also help to break down the stigma around PTSD and C-PTSD.
For their birthday they have organized a charity fund raising hike to Everest Base Camp, and yes you have guest it, our little man is hoping to join.. PTSD for Freddie at times can be crippling and it can make life incredibly hard including for those trying to support him.
